David Entwistle, CEO of U Hospital and Clinics, is on the road to recovery.
Entwistle, 40, was brought to his hospital in critical condition almost two weeks ago. He'd sustained serious injuries on the left side of his head after falling off his bicycle at a triathlon in Tooele.
But as of Monday morning, he's been transferred from the intensive care unit to the rehabilitation center and is listed in good condition, U Healthcare spokesman Christopher Nelson said.
Entwistle is expected to make a full recovery at the hospital he's led since 2007.
His family could not be reached for comment.
